By signing this spa release of liability and waiver, I am confirming that I recognise that there may be risks associated with using the spa facilities.

I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for my own health and safety during my time at the Spa and the risks involved with using the swimming pool. I understand that i am responsible  for my own injuries if this was to occur.

I understand the pool is unmanned. There is no life guard present and I can confirm I am a strong swimmer.

 I hereby release Indulgence Beauty, affiliated parties, directors and staff.

I have waivered any claims or liabilities for damages or personal injury that I may experience directly or indirectly using the facilities at Indulgence Beauty or in a treatment at Indulgence Beauty.
